Add a sub-agent, forget the file, break the agent

A CLAUDE.md file is a map: it tells your agent what its job is and which resources it can reach. Craig opens the Nike 2.0 brand agent in Cowork, drops in a LeBron silhouette, and shows the file pointing to the brain, the memory, and the voice files. The rule that breaks agents: add a sub-agent without updating the map and nothing finds it.
