Turn your messiest data into a coach that knows you

Let me walk you through an exercise I ran with Claude over the weekend. It worked wonders. I like the idea of a Zone of Genius: operate in the spaces that give you the most energy. Delegate the things that don't. Here's what I did. I uploaded a Medium article on Zone of Genius to Claude. Then my journal. Then my Apt personality profile. Then some recorded therapy sessions. And calls from that week captured through Granola. Claude & I worked together to build my personal 10-page Zone of Genius document. It became my thought partner for an action plan: where to delegate, where to lean in most aggressively & what conversations I need to have. From there, I built a Claude skill that evaluates every discussion going forward, to keep me living in my zone of genius. The whole process took an hour. I can't believe how clarifying it was. These tools are insanely powerful as a colleague, thought partner & coach. Your messiest data - call transcripts, journals, personality assessments - is exactly what they're best at synthesizing. I'd encourage every leadership team to try this. Bring in the disparate data sources. Let Claude see the pattern.
