Gemini is inside your Google apps now

Gemini just leveled up, and this session exists for one reason: to get you using it today. Fresh off Google I/O 2026, Gemini isn't just a chatbot anymore. It's embedded across Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Meet, taking action on your behalf, pulling context across your Google apps, and doing work you used to do manually. The gap between people using AI and people not using it is widening. This session is step 1 to close that gap. You'll leave with a clear picture of what Gemini can actually do right now, hands-on reps with the features worth using first, and at least one workflow you can hand off to Gemini before end of day.
